Payment Condition :
– Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation once your booking is confirmed.
Child Policy :
– Free of charge for 1 child/room (aged under 6 sharing the same room with parents, No extra beds )
– Child above 6 is compulsory to add extra bed.
– In case of family with 2 adults & 2 children (child under 6), at least 1 extra bed ( Include Breakfast) is compulsory.
Cancellation Policy :
– Cancelled on Weekday booking : least 7 days
– Cancelled on Weekend , high season booking : least 10 days
– Cancelled on Peak Season, long weekend booking : least 15 days
No show Policy :
– Not refund
Refund Policy :
– In case of refund, 7% charge will be deducted for refund fee.
